Amuseables Carrot

At Neo Family, we’ve picked Amuseables Carrot, a long orange carrot with olive-green leaves, a smiling face and little feet. She’s 28 cm tall and 6 cm in diameter, making her easy to hold in one hand. A playmate to stand upright or cuddle close.

Why do we love her? For her story worthy of a crime novel. Lately, Carrot has been missing from the vegetable patch roll call. Timmy Turtle, disguised as a garden gnome, is on the case. In fact, she’s taking tap-dancing lessons with Glenny Goat and Carys Caterpillar, and leaves a decoy in the vegetable patch so no one worries.

Gift idea: for a gardener, a child who won’t eat their vegetables, or a kitchen in need of a little dressing up. The brand advises against giving her to children under one, as fibres may come loose, so she’s best reserved for older kids. Pair her with a book about vegetable gardening.
